How to Use Data to Fight Workplace Harassment

Thursday 3:00 – 4:00 PM

Session Description

HR professionals increasingly use data analytics as a strategic management tool. That trend is ongoing as the #MeToo movement focuses attention on workplace harassment as a strategic concern. This presentation looks at these trends together while answering three questions: (1) how can data help address and prevent workplace harassment, (2) what are the gaps in the data, and (3) how can those gaps be closed?
