Employee Financial Wellness – What is HR’s Role?
Wednesday 3:00 – 4:00 PM
According to the American Psychological Authority, money is the #1 stressor among Americans. As a result of consistently unhealthy levels of stress, employees are often unhealthy, disengaged, distracted, and even delaying their retirements – costing companies insurmountable amounts of money. In this session, we will discuss the importance of offering Financial Wellness programs as a way to off-load risk, engage employees, and save the company money. We will discuss gaps, barriers, and ideas, as well as the most effective approaches to empowering employees to take control of their financial lives.
