It is the policy of MO SHRM (hereinafter “MO SHRM”) to protect your personal privacy. Because your use of the MO SHRM website (referred to as “Site” herein) indicates your acceptance of the MO SHRM Privacy Policy, please review this Privacy Policy carefully. MO SHRM collects personally identifiable information when you register for a MO SHRM account, when you use certain MO SHRM products or services, and when you visit MO SHRM pages. MO SHRM may also receive personally identifiable information from its business partners.

When you register with the MO SHRM, we ask for personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, address, and zip code. Once you register with MO SHRM and sign in to its services, you are not anonymous to us. In order to use MO SHRM, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. This site requests information from you on our order form. To buy from MO SHRM, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If MO SHRM has trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

We encourage our Users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects personally identifiable information. You can view and update your personal information at any time by signing in to your account on our Site and changing your profile.


MO SHRM needs to be able to communicate at times with all Users, and therefore it reserves the right to contact Users. Users who no longer wish to receive the MO SHRM newsletter or promotional materials from our partners may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions in the e-mails.


Your registration or account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. The security of MO SHRM account relies on your protection of your MO SHRM password. Any disclosure of your password to a third party may result in access to your registration or account information or execution of transactions. MO SHRM uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions of financial and certain other information. Financial information is stored in encrypted form on computers that are not publicly accessible via the Internet.

MO SHRM will never request your user name or password via any email message or over the telephone. If you receive such an email or call, please forward the entire message or information about any call immediately to bmills@txcumc.org. Never provide your MO SHRM username or password to anyone via email or phone.


MO SHRM may amend this policy from time to time. If it makes any substantial changes in the way it uses your personal information, MO SHRM we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site.
